Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SubWiz ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

SubWiz is a subscription tracker. The Service lets you manually record subscriptions and see when they renew, what you spend, and how it breaks down across categories and currencies. Current features include:

• Manual subscription entry across 22 currencies with real-time FX conversion
• Upcoming-renewal dashboard and in-app reminders
• Analytics: monthly spend, yearly spend, category breakdown, actual payment timeline
• Subscription lifecycle tools: pause, cancel, archive, reactivate
• Custom billing cycles, including arbitrary day counts

SubWiz does not connect to your bank, card, or any financial institution. All subscription data is entered by you manually.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Pricing and the Founder Program

Post-founder pricing (planned): Once the 1,000-founder cap is reached, SubWiz will charge a single one-time payment of US$4.99 to unlock full use. There is no recurring fee, ever. New features added in future are included at no additional cost.

Paid users may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason by emailing support@subwiz.app. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

5. Privacy and Data

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

SubWiz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
