What is the Founder Program?

The Founder Program gives early users lifetime access to all premium features at no cost. This is limited to the first 1,000 users who sign up during our launch period.

How do I add a new subscription?

Go to the Subscriptions page and click "Add Subscription". You can either choose from popular services or manually enter your subscription details including name, cost, billing cycle, and renewal date.

Can I track subscriptions in different currencies?

Yes! SubWiz supports 8 major currencies (USD, EUR, BRL, PLN, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY). You can add subscriptions in their native currency and view totals in your preferred display currency.

How do renewal reminders work?

Currently, you can see upcoming renewals on your dashboard. Email and SMS notifications are coming soon for founder and premium members.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Can I export my subscription data?

Data export features (CSV/PDF) are planned for premium members and will be available soon. For now, you can view all your data in the dashboard and analytics pages.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page to reset your password. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
